Tiy looked over at the general as he asked how she was and she nodded. "I am fine, thank you. And a guild you say? I am all ears to hear this." she said. She was, in fact, interested in hearing what the young woman had to say about her guild and how it had to do with the military like the general had seen it. The young woman did not like the idea of her guild being a military branch but rather a way that civilians could better themselves in combat and without the guards yelling at them. Tiy smiled. It sounded like a wonderful idea. It seemed that the young woman simply wanted to help civilians with their fighting skills. She thought for a moment as the other two fell silent and she pressed the side of her bent finger to her lips.
"You may stay general. I think it sounds like a wonderful idea. Of course... I would hope that it would be monitored by you, my lady. I do not want this to cause people to just go out and about beating the lesser man. If you can promise that this will be used to simply boosting the civilian's skill of fighting for self-defense or if needed in battle, I see no problem in helping you getting this guild going. Now... I want you to consider me a friend. I am not one to be feared." she laughed lightly and offered a friendly smile. "Unless I'm angered. Which takes quite a bit." She let her hand rest at her side. "May I have a name for you Miss....?"

The general nodded. "Aye, and I would like to be allowed, or at least have my commanders be allowed to check in from time to time, just to see that things are staying within the bounds of the law. Maybe I can loan out some of our practice weapons. Also I agree with Lady Lockhart we need to me careful with who you teach. It would be nice if we knew the name of the people that joined this self defense guild. If the skills you teach are used for the wrong purpose I would hope that those people responsible would be dealt with." He said hope that she would know he was just trying to make sure he would be able to do his job.

"I am Callista." she smiled, nodding after she said her name. "And yes, I shall consider you a friend. Thank you very much to both of you. I will make sure to monitor who I teach, and make sure that they know it will be for self defense and other meaningful uses. Not for beating up somebody for money or anything of the like." she smiled again, very glad that it was all coming together.
Then Benjamin mentioned loaning out some practice weapons. "That would be very useful, thank you. I will pass on the names to you, and of course, you'll always be welcome to visit once more people have joined and things have settled."

Callista. What an interesting name. Not a bad thing, but Tiy liked the name. She smiled at the young woman as her eyes lit up and she smiled, thanking them for the approval and such. She was also happy that the General was willing to help with weaponry and such. She smiled again and nodded. "You are very welcome. And If you ever seek my counsel and cannot find me here, I live in the manor at the end of the road from the marketplace. But I do agree with the General that the people that broke the rules, should be dealt with."
She waved her hand in the air just in front of her face and pulled a scroll and quill from thin air and opened the scroll. She began writing, while saying what she wrote aloud. "I, Lady Tiy Lockheart, give permission for the Guild of Wolves. The rules have been set between the Guild Leader, Callista, and myself and she has promised to up-keep the rules discussed with myself and the General Freed. Signed, Tiy Memnon-Lockheart..." she then handed the quill to the general and motioned for him to sign the floating scroll as witnesses were needed for such permissions for guilds.
"I do, however, expect for you to check in with us and let us know how things are. You are more than welcome to visit me at my home, for I'm sure my husband would be interested in helping with such a guild. As he is a me- a man of war." she said, catching herself. She smiled at the girl again and looked back at the general to see if he had signed.
