Glitter in the Sky (Open after Liam)

Lily blinked again, and raised her head up slightly and looked at Liam. he melody he was playing was beautiful, never had she heard anything like it. She put a small smile on her face as she shook her head and looked at Liam. She wondered if he knew how to play it, leading to the wonderful tune, or if the jewel had something to do with it. "So, uh, Liam...I just realized we know almost nothing about each other and we're living together. So..Tell me about yourself." she said. She realized that might mean more of his past, so she instantly played with her fingers nervously.

"Well, other than your past, the past is the past, right?...Well, tell me about it if your, like, some psychopath or serial killer I should know about." she tried to joke, but in her opinion, it was just nervous rambling. Seeing how oblivious Liam was, he probably couldn't tell, even if it was as obvious as it could get. She then randomly poked his arm and grinned.

Finishing the melody, Liam took a breath. Whoever this admirer was...he had to thank her for the gift in some way. Lily, however, broke his thoughts by asking more about him. He thought this through, and realized that he never really knew a lot about himself either. "To...To be honest...I don't know much about myself. All I do know for sure is that I know how to survive, and that I seem to make a good hired-blade." he laughed a little in embarrassment.

She nodded, listening to him. "Oh. well, you seem like a nice enough person, I highly doubt you're a serial killer or anything." she smirked, starting kicking her legs gently. "But I suppose I should tel you a bit about me, since I bugged you." she started. She looked up, thinking. She didn't really know much about herself either, after being told what to do all the time, and how to act all the time. "Well, I guess you can see I am stubborn and persistent." she grinned. "Er....hm...oh! And I am really good at climbing things. I guess its because of how short and skinny I am. Um...oh! And I am afraid of blood, surprisingly. After seeing so much of it, you'd think I"m not, but....eh." she said, looking at him.

Lily's joke made Liam laugh, not at how it sounded, but in a way it was ironic. Being a hired hand...it involved killing more often than not. He then listened to her little summary of herself and felt a little odd. Maybe it was knowing what someone liked, or just how must she seemed to trust him. He still didn't get a few things. He never saw her climb before, nor did he see any reactions to blood; at least not when he was wounded. He had a feeling that she was partly lying, but didn't say anything about it. She must have had a good reason if that was the case.

He then remembered about this 'mystery girl', the one Lily was telling him about earlier. He still wanted to know who this girl was, but he knew he'd find out soon enough. However, he began to imagine how their meeting would be, and applying what Lily informed him of what a 'crush' was, which he linked to 'infatuation', his cheeks began to hold a light shade of pink. He then thought back a bit more. 'Before love..yet after friendship.'. Soon enough, he felt a light, stretching pain in his torso, and closed his eyes at a burning sensation. He knew it wasn't quite love...but just the idea...how someone could...he just couldn't keep his thoughts straight.
