It was a fine day in the city of Avaren. The sun was warm and there was a pleasant breeze. Carried the smell of fa few wildflowers that where growing in the soil at the base of the Chapel steps. An man with striking red hair, ominous looking golden eyes, perfect pale skin and dressed in noble red and gold clothing, walked through a main street. With a pleasant smile on his face. He was taking careful not of where things where and where he was. He had mapped the place from the sky only an hour or so earlier and he was matching places up. He was getting bored and a little hungry. And every human that passed by, no matter what size, where not helping him stay sane either. Each one more appetizing than the last. That's when he noticed the tall tower of the town's chapel. and he wondered if they fed those in need. He walked up to the chapel and as he reach the stairs he smelled something that wiped the smile off his face so quickly one would have thought he had been having a bad day that was only getting worse. What he smelled was a Dragonborn. A dragon born had been here not too long ago. Had this place of worship allowed him entry? Had they listened to his crap about the greatness of Bahamut, and for that matter what was a dragon-blooded whelp doing here. Bloodwing after all had a purpose. this town had just gotten over a war. There where bans on magic and a good number of mis placed people. He wanted to take advantage and see if he could gain any fun in stirring everyone up. This Dragonborn would be a Thorn in his side... unless a grin found its way back to his face only this Grin held malice, and omen of soon-to-be-committed evil deeds. He would send the people of Averen a message. He waved a hand in front of his face and as if it had been invisible before a heavy red hood appeared over his head out of thin air, shrouding his face in darkness. Then, without knocking he pushed open the doors, (If they where bolted the Bolt was snapped), Slamming them against the walls they where hinged to. Not caring if there was any one watching him he walked down the aisle and straight to the altar. He opened the Holly Book That the preacher read from and opened it up. He pointed his finger at the bible and there was an are of bright yellow light between his finger tip and the pages. and he left a message, in the language that was in the book, scorched in to the scripture. Then he burned a ring on the floor around the alter where the book sat open. Suddenly the ring was a blaze with dancing yellow-orange fire. The fire spread outward Charring the wood as it went. Quickly the man stepped around the altar and walked back down the aisle every step outside the ring made around the altar left a flaming foot print. After he left the Chapel the fire went wild. Incinerating, burning and tearing down everything. If unstopped the only piece of the church that would be left would be the altar and the book. And a Message which read. DO NOT TRUST DRAGON LOVERS!

Luckily for the church, the official in charge of running it had been nearby when the church started burning. Someone had nerve, trying to destroy something that HE was in charge of. He made a few motions, and the men that had been surrounding him started throwing icicles on the fire, putting it out easily enough. Meanwhile, he was not about to let the culprit escape. This was like a direct challenge to him. Whoever did this would be in for a trip down the river in cement shoes.
Of course, the arsonist wasn't too hard to find. He was the only person blatantly shooting fire around. "'Ey! You! Stop right there! You gonna pay for this! No one burns down a building in Antonio Firenze's charge!" With that, the men nearby had turned their attention to Bloodwing, and a wall of ice stood between the dragon and his destination. "Imma show you what happens to people that mess with Antonio!"

So someone had caught on? Bloodwing, stopped wondering if he should just ignore the man and melt his way through the ice. No, not yet. He turned to face the man that had addressed him. "No one burns your buildings? Well I think I just proved you wrong. He said as he began pooling burning energy into the palm of his hand.
"As for paying I think you will have to wait. Do you accept IOUs?" He asked a smart ass grin was the only thing you could make out under the cowl. With out warning BW raised his hand and a fist sized ball of liquid flame shot toward the church. The Fire would inte what ever it touched and melt any thing that would not burn. It could be put ouyt yess but the Ice would take along time to cool the magic napalm.
His next step wasd to walk through the ice wall using a cloak of flame.

The nutty pyromaniac must have looked like a pigeon slamming into a glass window when his silly, grinning face met the previously erected wall of ice. The wall itself was weak to his flames, obviously, but the reinforcement charms it had been imbued with following its conception weren't.
The conjured napalm found itself bouncing off the church wall and across the street in a shiny bubble of arcane energy. Starved of fuel, it turned to black goop and spilled out of its container, harmless.
Standing before the dragonkin was a lightly armored man, his back to Antonio and his steel longsword pointed in Brandon's direction. Two similarly dressed men accompanied him, and presently they were maneuvering themselves so as to properly surround the villain.
"Wizard," the leader called out, "I'm afraid that's as far as you go; as a free man, anyway." Turning around, he addressed Firenze. "Your magicians are capable, and we would do well to apprehend this criminal. In the meantime, however, it would be favorable if you sent someone to the barracks; I suspect General Freed may want in on this."
He turned back to the disguised dragon, pulling his shield from the curtain of white hair on his back. On it was the crest of Aesir.
"I doubt you will submit without a fight, scum."

Accept IOUs? Did he REALLY think Antonio got this far into business by accepting bad deals? He must be insane. Of course... It was no surprise to him when Lord Muryllis showed up to the scene. After all, the wall of ice towered rather nicely over most of the cityscape. "That was a nice one, Lord Muryllis. 'Ey! Boys! Remind me to talk about this to Izlin, later."
Antonio nodded at the words spoken by Muryllis. With a wave of his hand, a few of his guards, now exhausted with the ice barrier, headed off toward the barracks to warn the others. Of course, with a giant icicle or two being plainly visible in the sky, it hadn't taken very long for many other guards to shuffle their way out of the woodwork. It was plain as day to them who Antonio was angry with, and soon enough the dragon was surrounded by men. It was really amazing, the kind of loyalty money could buy.
"If you want to continue breathing, I would suggest you just give up, now."

SMACK! Right into the barrier. Now His nose hurt and he was very unhappy. He turned and glared at the mage that was pointing the blade at him. He was the reason he hadn't already escaped. These people need to learn some manner and he had half a mind to transform and give them a lesson, but he didn't want to do that. What choice did he have if he rushed through and managed to get out they would just chase him and that mage would probably stop him.
"Well, sir i've been trying to give up and get out of here without a fight. But you are leaving me with very little options. Now i Give you a choice, Either you lower your weapons and let me pass unharmed or I kill you all and walk away." He had given them the choice it was now their turn.

Freed had seen the smoke from the fire and had been curious. He knew that the city mages could handle it; so he went back inside to see to some other menial duties. As much as he hated magic he knew it was necessary for some ends, and as long as it was controlled he had no problem with it.
That's when suddenly one of his troops busted in and started shouting about a raving lunatic that had tried to burn down the chapel with magic. Lord Muryllis and Mr. Firenze Where defending it. Freed Ran back outside and saw the wall of ice in the distance where the smoke use to be.
"Grrr, ready my horse NOW!" Freed was on the other side of the city he needed to move. "Already working on it." Freed ran to his quarters and began donning his enchanted Armor and grabbed a lance. A few minutes later he was back outside, Charlie his Warhorse was waiting for him. He practically leapt on the horse. dug in his heals and the horse was on its way.
It didn't take long in minutes he was thundering toward the crowd. of his troops from around the city. Reinforcements where right behind him.

Muryllis smirked, lowering his blade and stabbing it into the ground. He took a moment to adjust his gloves, then pulled the sword out and adopted a more aggressive combat stance. Meanwhile, his two subordinates had taken up positions closer to the human-form dragon, ready for anything.
"I like choices, criminal. I choose to call your bluff and continue to harass you until the General arrives. After all, all the prison cells belong to Avaren's military, not the Academy. Speak of the devil; there he is!" Not taking his eyes off Brandon, the Battlemage addressed the city's military commander.
"Good day, Freed. Ready to play with the big boys and take on a wizard?"

"I really don't think you understand your situation. You see, we got at least a hundred people here. You're just one person. You do the math. Exactly how many people do you think you can kill?"
Antonio laughed at the dragon. And waved his men closer to Bloodwing. This was easy. All he had to do was tell them to kill, and Bloodwing was dead.
"If he tries to move, fill 'im with holes," Antonio ordered, "We can't have dangerous criminals running about, now, can we?"
Antonio looked at the human-form dragon, and began using his only kind of magic. His specialty, you might say. He reached forth his mind to combat the mind of Bloodwing...

Bloodwing's mind was n0ot human and there for, most likely, unfamiliar to the man with the mind magic. And it seemed his warnings had fallen on deaf and soon to be dead ears. "Why I belive i can quite easily kill each and every one of you. Here let me demonstrate."
He had been building energy ever since the general had arrived and what he was about to do took a good amount of it. His Body was suddenly engulfed in Yell/orange fire And the fire began to grow and swirl outward. Catching the closest soldiers and setting them a blaze. The inferno was so intense any arrow that was release was turned to ash before it hit its mark and the Human shape in the flames seemed to vanish in the churning sea of fire which erupted upwards and suddenly began to vanish. Revealing spikes, scales and teeth. The behemoth stood on two legs forr a moment and gthen fell to all fours maybe crushing another dozen or so soldiers.
He was Bloodwing the magnificent red dragon Near invincible to what the archers where shooting at him. He swiped the crowed with a single fore-claw and laid low a good number. and then Let loose a torrent of fire pour to the ground incinerating more people. Then He spead his wings and began beating the air to gain lift and at the same time knocking people to the ground from the wind gusts. He intended to Fly away unscathed.
