Thinking about someone...

Smiling, the girl moved some blonde hair to hook it onto her pointed ear to make sure it didn't get in the way. "Well...from what I saw, he has blue eyes and long blonde hair..but he tends to make an effort to hide his ears...and his name...but then...I hide a lot of things too." she went off, slightly on a tangent. She remembered how she had to do all she could to hide her real self.

"But anyway, that is all I know about him; long blonde hair, blue eyes, and the fact he hides his ears." she repeated to remind herself. Mr. Death was such a mystery to her. "I bet it's hard to live a double-life...for all I know, he could be using his real name to be a normal citizen of Avaren, but then switches names when he takes new jobs." she commented and sighed.

Lily looked at Vivian's ears and smiled. "Elven, eh?" she asked, before shaking her head slightly to get herself on topic. "Sorry. Anyways, I've seen a couple of people with that description...Do you know what he wears or anything that makes him distinct?" she asked, hoping to squeeze more information out of her in order to help her with her quest. She then mentioned the double lives and the name thing and she frowned. It sounded a lot like her. She was starting to think again about helping her find the boy, after all, he was maybe in a situation much like hers, and she'd hate it if someone ratted her out.

"Hmm..Do you know why he's running? It sounds a little weird." Lily mention, almost bursting out, laughing at the irony that she was talking about herself in a way. Lily yawned and looked the other way after noticing a sudden dimness in the sky, and she noticed the sun way already about to sink below the horizon. So much time had passed. She shrugged and went back to their conversation. She smiled a little, looking up at the first couple of start that were out. She enjoyed the night much better then the day. It was much more relaxing to her.

Smiling, Vivian listened to Lily's guess to what she was. "Well...you can say that." she commented in a childish tone before thinking more about what the man looked like. Snapping her fingers, she smirked. "I remember...he wore a brown, somewhat worn down tunic and carried around a combat knife when I got a glimpse of him." Vivian's description was somewhat confident, since she was hoping to the heavens that Lily would be able to help.

Looking back at the sun, which was at the horizon's rim, she sighed once more. Why did Mr. Death run? Was he shy, or just always trying to be a mystery? She guessed the former of the reasons. "Well...I don't know entirely...but I'd say he's very shy..I wouldn't blame him...being a mercenary does throw even the nicest person off the beaten path...perhaps he wishes to keep his nice side." she guessed, giggling a little since she too had been running in a way.

Lily blinked. Was she describing Liam? She was dead on what he looked liked. And then she stated something about shyness and she knew it was him. She paused, pretending like she was listening to Vivian, but she was really thinking about if she should tell her or not. She still didn't know Vivian well, and she didn't know if she was just acting and after Liam because he was wanted somewhere or something, but then, if she didn't help her, she might get an enemy and she definitely didn't need one of those.

She sighed silently, looking at her. "I think I know who you're talking about." she said, faking a hopeful smile at her. "But, I think I should find out more about him so I know it's him for sure. Meet me here in two days at the same time and I'll have an answer." she said to her. "Is that alright?" she asked, getting up and brushing herself off.

Vivian, who was daydreaming once again as she looked at the sun set, felt her heart race once Lily said she had a thought as to who Mr. Death was. "R-Really? Who?" she asked, eyes lit up as if she had been told she had won a million gold. Her hopes were pushed away a little once Lily clarified, and she sighed. Watching Lily stand, Vivian got the idea. She would have to wait and see if she would tell her. Standing up, she smiled a bit.

"That's fine. And...if you know him personally...could you give him this?" she asked nervously, taking out what looked like an ocarina made out of ruby gemstone. She blushed a bit and smiled shyly. "Just tell him that a secret admirer sent it..and perhaps you could bring him along next time." she requested hopefully. She had her own ocarina, but it was made out of sapphire gemstone. She was told by someone close to her to give the ruby one to whoever she cared about the most. She didn't understand why, but was still happy to give it to Mr. Death, even if Lily was the delivery person.

She nodded, taking the ocarina. She looked at it, smiling. "This is beautiful. I'm sure he'll appreciate it." She said, looking up at Vivian and back down at the ocarina. She blinked, nodding at the instructions. "Okay. I'll try my best to bring him along, he is a little stubborn." she laughed a bit, turning toward the road. She looked over her shoulder. "Remember, two days and we'll meet her." she reminded her.

She started toward the road to go back into Avaren. She looked down at the beautiful instrument in her hands, sighing. She felt a little jealous of Liam, getting something from so wonderful from someone he didn't know. She looked back up, turning onto the road.

Smiling happily, Vivian nodded. "Thanks. I appreciate it Lily." she stated and soon walked down the path to Avaren as well. She began thinking; could she really show her true self to Mr. Death in return for knowing who he really was. If she had a physical heart...she didn't even know how fast it would be beating. Would Mr. Death even like her, let alone return her feelings? As she walked down the path, she looked up at the stars and locked onto the first one she saw.

Please...primary star of the night...Please hear my wish...I...I want to meet this mysterious mercenary...Please...let me meet him...and let him love me as I love him. the girl thought, her face now a deep shade of pink. She was apparently oblivious to the fact she was walking to the same place as Lily was, since she didn't make any other conversation with her. She soon increased her pace, since she felt a familiar uprising in herself. She had to get to her house now, and soon enough, she ventured into Avaren and walked into her house, taking care of whatever it was she needed to deal with.
